IRS Says Abundant Living System Is 100% Legal?

For_Immediate_ Release:

Abundant Living System is a well structured cash gifting program that follows the guidelines of U.S. gifting rules found in IRS Tax Code, Title 26, Sections 2501-2504 and 2511, and IRS Publication 950

One, if not the most important questions people ask before joining Abundant Living System is "will I be breaking the law"? So, the question remains- is Abundant Living System and cash gifting legal? If you join as a member of this cash gifting community will you receive an uncomfortable phone call from the Internal Revenue Service or Attorney General's office? In order to answer the previous questions and separate the facts from fiction we must first take an objective look at the activity of cash gifting itself. You can research the legal aspects of cash gifting by visiting the irs website. There, you will find all the proof you need to confirm the legitimacy of the Abundant Living System and cash gifting. According to the following government produced documents, the activity of cash gifting is in fact legal because it is in compliance with the law. The documents that support this are IRS Tax Code, Title 26, Sections 2501-2504 and 2511, as well as Department of the Treasury Internal Revenue Service Publication 950 (Rev. September 2008). These documents simply state that in the United States of America any one or more individuals can give a cash gift to another individual(s) of up to $12,000 each, per calendar year without any tax liability to either the giver or receiver of the gift. This is because the tax on the gift has already been paid. Again, all of this information comes directly from the IRS. It can be verified simply by going to the irs.gov website. The bottom line is the IRS does not see anything wrong with what the ALS is doing. Furthermore, people gift to others all the time and do not get approached by the law. Just look at some of your favorite charitable organizations and humanitarian causes such as United Way, the Salvation Army, the Jimmy Fund, Feed the Children, Red Cross, and Habitat for Humanity. In each instance, folks give freely their time, personal resources, and money without expecting anything in return. This is what cash gifting is all about... providing a financial blessing unto others WITHOUT expecting something in return for it. IMPORTANCE OF CASH GIFTING STATEMENT AND NON SOLICITATION FORMS. James Longhurst, current owner of Abundant Living System, requires all members to sign both a Gifting Statement and Non Solicitation form which they must send to the receiver of gift along with the gift itself. When the giver signs the gifting statement he or she is acknowledging and consenting to giving a cash gift to another person of free will. Furthermore the non solicitation form specifies that the giver is not being solicited... promised or guaranteed to receive anything in return for providing the cash gift. In conclusion, Abundant Living System cash gifting program is both legal and ethical, as it complies with the IRS tax code (s) and does not force people to join in expectation of receiving something in return. Hopefully, this information will help you to understand that ALS abides by the law when helping people to improve their lives.
